This is the about me page… where I tell you how good I am, how much ass I can kick and how I saved the world three or four times – before I even had my daily coffee etc etc etc. But you already know all of that… right?
I am the type of geek who has security on his mind. I’ll find a product and poke holes at it until I find something interesting. Of course, I will follow the correct channels to report anything I do find.
At heart, I guess I am a hardware kind of guy – like I am looking after five racks of servers in my current position as a system administrator. I do like the software side of things, don’t get me wrong. With the five racks of servers, there is a lot of software – from Windows to Linux and everything you can think of on top of them.
I like to find issues before they happen and try to do my best to fight them before they cause me to wake up at 3am. This means, talking to people above me to try and educate them of the issues and how to combat them, while keeping their bosses happy. You could say problem solving is in my blood, as well as coffee
I have a sense of humor and like to try and make other people laugh. I know my limits and do what is appropriate
